Bauleiter (m/w/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Eigenständige Bauleitung von Wohnbauprojekten im Raum München und Umgebung
- Koordination und Steuerung aller Gewerke auf der Baustelle
- Monitoring of schedules, costs, and quality during construction
- Point of contact for contractors, specialist planners, and authorities
- Ensuring occupational safety and documenting construction progress

Your Profile:
- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in construction management, ideally in residential construction
- Proficiency in VOB, HOAI, and relevant building regulations
- Assertiveness, organizational talent, and a solution-oriented approach
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
Project Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the management and implementation of residential construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordination of architects, specialist planners, general contractors, and authorities
- Monitoring of schedules, budgets, and quality throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Participation in land acquisition as well as concept and financing matters
- Reporting to management and investors

Your Profile:
- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or comparable education
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in residential construction or project development
- Sound knowledge of building and planning law; VOB and HOAI advantageous
- Organizational talent, decisiveness, and confident demeanor
- Communication and negotiation skills in dealing with partners, authorities, and investors
